To Reload Your Local Copy of a Central File and See the Changes of Other Users

  1. Open a local copy of a central file.
  2. Click Reload Latest on the Synchronize panel of the Collaborate ribbon tab.

    Your local copy is refreshed to show any changes that other users have made in their own local copy, and have synchronized with the central file.
